The peaceful, private feel and convenient location made it easy to explore the city. Ador Hotel in Prishtina exceeded my expectations: the staff were welcoming, and the spotless rooms were stylish and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, and the service showed real care. It felt like home, only better. Highly recommended!

We were on the Eastern European Tour and only spent one night here, but I was amazed by how quickly check-in went. The room was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that reminded me of a Marriott, a TV and stand, and a sitting area. The bathroom was beautifully designed, and the digital air conditioning was smart. Dinner was delicious, and the water tasted so smooth I wanted to drink 5 litre for the first time in my life 🤣🤣🤣👍. There’s also a balcony in the restaurant. One small suggestion: gold or silver might suit the curtains, green pillow, and green bed-bottom sheet better. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to Kosovo.

We wouldn’t recommend this hotel. After booking four rooms for staff three months ahead and paying in full at the original check-in, we returned four days later as planned and were told there were no rooms left. The only offer was to send our guests to a hotel an hour away, so at 10:30 at night we had to find somewhere else across the city. The hotel did refund the unused days in full, plus extra compensation, but the only explanation was that new staff had given our rooms away. We’d had a complicated reservation covering two sets of dates, but we had communicated multiple times and were assured the rooms were reserved. There were issues even on the first check-in, though those were fixed and our four rooms were prepared then. The rooms had other problems too. The fourth floor had no WiFi, despite being told for two days it would be fixed; on the third day they said that floor simply had no access and nothing could be done. WiFi worked in our rooms on other floors. One room had a blinking light, and we were told just not to use that back light. Another had a ceiling tile missing; we asked to have it covered, but it never was, leaving the wires visible. The shades didn’t work properly in three of the four rooms. We thought the hotel had promise, but we won’t use it again.
