They were very responsive on booking.com, and after I asked, parking was arranged for us before we arrived. They sent photos showing where it was. When we got there they said it was full, but telling them we'd reserved a spot fixed it easily. The room was very clean, service was excellent, and the location is perfect, with places in easy walking distance.

This is a small, family-run hotel in the old town, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and the main attractions all nearby. We stayed one night at the end of our road trip and were lucky to get upgraded to the penthouse suite. It was lovely, a big modern room with a large balcony, the river just outside, and views up to the fortress. There's a mini kitchen, but it only had glasses and nothing else. The shower was large and modern, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. They also provide lovely dressing gowns. A few small things could be better: hooks in the shower room for towels, and reusable shower gel and soap. There's free covered parking a few minutes' walk away.

The location was okay, but the rooms and service left a lot to be desired. I have to say, they were very irresponsible.

The location was the only good thing. The floor was wet and slippery, things were broken, and nothing really worked. The towels were only half dry, the beds were really hard, and the pillows uncomfortable. There weren't any chairs on the balcony. I don't understand how this place has such good reviews. Total disaster.
