Our car broke down, so we needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I called and explained what had happened, and she said she'd prepare a room. When we arrived, a very friendly woman helped us. They were closed for the day, but she came in because we were in trouble. That was really going the extra mile for customers. Everything was clean and neat, and the place felt safe. Thank you for helping us out. You're TOPS!!!! Such a lovely place to stay.

The only problem we came across was a few ants crawling in the basin. Otherwise, the place was clean, well maintained, and inviting. The woman who helped us was incredibly kind and patient, and we had a great experience.

There isn't much noise control, and the rooms aren't very big.

Our ensuite room looked out onto a garden, and the place was so quiet. Progress, the hostess, was warm and welcoming. My husband and I enjoyed the massage and had a lovely jacuzzi experience. Good value for money.
