I called several times ahead and made a reservation directly with the hotel, confirming it more than once. When I arrived, they had no record of it and offered no real explanation or solution. Staff made no effort to sort things out, leaving me stranded and stressed. It was a huge waste of time and completely unprofessional. Apparently, even a confirmed phone booking may mean nothing. I wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend it.

We couldn’t sleep peacefully because some other visitors were making terrible noise by the dining area. Around 01:30 am we ended up calling reception to ask if they could lower their voices, but they kept making noise.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the price felt fair. A good spot for a short or medium-length stay.

The beds were awful. I woke up aching in places that hadn't hurt when I checked in. The rooms were clean enough, but it was noisy all night. Staff had a bad attitude and the place had no personality. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were helpful and friendly, though there was some corridor noise early in the morning. It was spotlessly clean, and for the price I'd give it four stars.
