The family room is spacious enough for five, and it was neat and clean, with a good bathroom. The aircon worked well. There was coffee-making equipment and a bar fridge, but no microwave. There's no food on site, so bring your own. Wi-Fi was very weak, and the TV only had free channels, with no DStv or sports. It's under management and construction right now. Once the work is finished, I think the place could be even more amazing.

Rene is lovely and helpful, and the other receptionists are always happy to assist too. I come here often, and the service is lovely. The rooms are comfortable, so I'll keep coming back.

The reception ladies are goddesses 🤏🏽, and everything went smoothly. The rooms look fancy and neat, with renovations all done. It's so peaceful and breathtaking compared with ecotel ❤️

I've booked this hotel twice, and both times the noise level has been ridiculous. If you want a quiet, peaceful night, don't book here.

Keo Lynn was welcoming and gave great service. The place is clean, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a good night's rest.
