The clean, well-kept pools and comfortable amenities made it easy for adults and kids to enjoy the stay. The kids' game room got a bit uncomfortable, though, and could use air-conditioning. Everywhere else felt peaceful and accommodating, and we even got a few lovely surprises. The staff were so friendly and made the trip memorable. I’d recommend this place for a quiet, child-friendly break with great views, luxury, and good value.

The view across the mountains and Citrusdal valley is priceless. We spent a full week in chalet 10, which was comfortable and well furnished for six people. With outdoor temperatures over 30°, the air-conditioning kept things pleasantly cool. Housekeeping gave great service too. We’ve stayed before, and we’ll keep coming back.

We all enjoyed our late afternoon visit. The breezy, cool patio has a breathtaking view, and the light meals menu had a good selection. It was just right for refreshments and a sundowner.

The outdoor pool's in a great location, and the stay was decent value. Our two-bedroom hotel unit was very neat, with a thorough clean each day, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I'd probably return, maybe self-catering next time while still having breakfast at the buffet. A few more things to do on site would help, like a tennis or padel court and more games.

The coffee at our Strategic Session was exceptional, and the facilities were truly up to 5-star standards. We held it at Piekenierskloof Mountain Resort on 29 October 2025, and everything we needed was there. Lunch was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The team made us feel welcome with friendly service and warm hospitality, and went above and beyond. A huge thank you to them for all their efforts. We’ll definitely be back for another unforgettable experience.
