Morning Flair Guest House has lovely decor and amenities, but my experience was badly affected by the receptionist, Moletšane. His manner felt unprofessional, unwelcoming and almost rude. He acted as if he owned the place, and seemed not to care about giving good customer service, even though he is a receptionist. The guest house has potential, but poor reception wasted it. If you want a relaxing stay, I’d suggest looking elsewhere until they address the staff issue. Management should deal with Moletšane’s behavior and put guest satisfaction first.

There were flies, and the place wasn’t as clean as I expected. They should put doom in the rooms.

The main road noise could be a problem for light sleepers, but otherwise it’s a good place to stay. Service was excellent. I booked and paid online, then paid the full amount at the B&B too and told them about the double payment. I got my money back after 2 days without any hassle.

We arrived after the set time, but the friendly guy at reception welcomed us warmly and took us to our neat room. It had all the necessities, and reception was on point.
