Bushmanspad Estate

We were already talking about coming back for a winter break before we’d even left, just so we can make use of the fireplace. The cottages were lovely, and they were so accommodating, even setting up a pull-out bed for the kids. We’ll definitely stop in again and leave with a few different wines.

The views here were spectacular, and our cottage was beautiful, clean and tidy when we arrived. They’d even provided things we haven’t had at other places, like wood, milk and blitz, which was a really nice touch. I spent my 21st birthday weekend here with my family, and it was absolutely the right choice. There are hiking trails, and it’s dog friendly, so our fur babies could enjoy the getaway too. 100 000% recommend!

The cottage was cosy, clean and roomy, with no stairs, so it could work for someone using a wheelchair. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the starry night sky. The wine tasting area was very small, but the woman leading it was so funny that we didn’t mind the lack of space.

The kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms and beds are comfortable. The views and location are excellent, and the manager was friendly and professional when helping us. The sitting room furniture is showing its age and needs replacing.
