Ukutula Lodge & Game Reserve

We’ve stayed here twice now, and I hope we get to return. The lodging is comfortable, the food is delicious, and you can hear lions roaring in the background at night. Don’t miss the walk with the lions or the predator walk. This place is a dream, but it’s also about care and conservation. The lions are researched, studied, and cared for, not kept there to entertain visitors. Spending time immersed in their world left me with deep respect for what’s accomplished here. The owners are kind and hospitable, and an overnight stay is definitely worthwhile.

The activities were organized well, and we learned a lot about the animals and conservation work. Ukutula Lodge & Game Reserve is peaceful and beautifully looked after, with welcoming, knowledgeable staff. It’s a safe, fun, educational place for families. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely return. Thanks to the Ukutula team for such a memorable visit! 🌻

We’ll never forget the walk with the lions. Getting to see lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and other animals up close was amazing, and we even got to gently pat a cheetah and play with the lion cubs. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff at Ukutula Lodge were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s a special wildlife adventure, and I’d highly recommend it.
