The room had a few things that need attention. In Room 3, the bedside table was absurdly low, and the shower window wouldn’t close. Parking was mostly outside, with only a few spaces indoors. The biggest problem was the hot water: my wife had none at 23:00 after a function, and I had none the next morning at 8:30. I’ve spent most of my life in the hotel business, and hot water is essential to a happy guest. Best of luck to them.

Tammy made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. She’s the best hostess! 11 on Gull is in a great location and offers great value for money. Highly recommend it.

The room was small but had most of what I needed, and it worked fine for a night or two. There’s no view, though the beach is close, and the location itself was good.

It’s a very nice place, but there were too many rules, and some were introduced while we were staying there. We even got the feeling we weren’t wanted. Hopefully that will change.
