You can walk to Curro, Spar, and a range of restaurants, so it's handy if you'd rather not drive. There's a little playground on site too, which works well for a small family.

We spent 2 nights in No.215, and the unit was comfy, clean, and worth every penny. We'd recommend it to anyone.

There was a lot of noise from the school field, with activities even on weekends, and the soundproofing is poor. You can hear plenty from the neighbours, especially if the upstairs neighbour makes a lot of noise. Management and the security guard were rude and unprofessional. They ignored my complaint, which I felt was because of my ethnicity and race.

The walls are extremely thin, the construction is substandard, and there are cracks everywhere. Living here feels like being in a concentration camp. The Estate Manager acts more like a Camp Warden, and his nickname is aptly referenced to WW2 Germany. Don't live here, you'll regret it.

This is a tranquil, modern complex, with a few homes in the center. There's an outdoor pool, and it's close to the school, a shopping center(canal walk), Intaka Island and the canals.
