The apartment was roomy, with a large bed, very clean modern bathrooms, and its own washer-dryer, which was handy. The view is beautiful, though some units don’t have an unobstructed look at the beach. Staff were really helpful too. After checkout, they let us use a spare apartment to shower before our flight and leave our bags. That said, the upkeep doesn’t match a four-star place. It might have done back in the 2010s, but a lot needs attention now. In room 115 the faulty lock made it hard to get in, the beach and sea view wasn’t great despite better-view apartments being empty, and the sofa bed rolled out whenever anyone sat on it. The leather chairs were cracked and the walls had marks all over. Room 109 was a much better fit, but its carpet was filthy and needed replacing, and the outdoor furniture was in poor shape. They supplied a washer-dryer but no detergent tablets, so we had to buy a small box just to use one or two. Housekeeping also didn’t change our towels. For a three-star apartment near Camps Bay with a pool, it could work. We felt it was very expensive for the condition and standard of the apartment we got.

I couldn’t make the trip in the end, but the team handled my cancellation with real understanding and flexibility when unexpected circumstances came up. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. That kind of customer care stood out to me. I’ll book with them when I get the chance to visit, and I’d recommend them for how well they treated me. Thanks again for your help!

My wife and I travel a lot, and this place is hard to beat. We loved the spacious apartment and the views, especially the sunset. The service was a big part of it too: they cleaned in the afternoon so we weren’t woken in the morning, and brought me an adapter right away when I needed one. You can see Lions head from the pool. The beach is a 20-minute walk or five minutes by car, and there’s a private parking spot downstairs in the garage, so the car felt safe. We’ll be back soon. If you don’t book here, you’re missing out. Struggling to attach pictures, but the sunset views were something else. Have a great Christmas and New Year, and all the best!

The apartments have a fantastic view, and getting into Cape Town is easy. The pool is great for a swim or a bit of relaxing, and the service is really friendly. The one thing I’d add is a small gym.

The kids loved swimming laps in the long pool. The apartments are spotless and luxurious, with plenty of room, and the panorama over de camps bay is amazing.
