Disa Park still looks to be in great shape after 60 years, thanks to excellent management and committed trustees. Its future seems as timeless and inspiring as the mountain below it. The three 17-story towers sit in a well-kept park and hold around 300 apartments, from studios to roomy three-bedroom units. Every apartment has a spectacular view, either over the city and harbor or toward the green slopes of Devil’s Peak. The community is diverse, with South African and international residents who value order and mutual respect. Disa Park is one of Cape Town’s most recognizable landmarks, a bold piece of 1960s architecture against Table Mountain.
