The host was very kind, and overall we had a good stay. But the shower water was very cold. It should be warm well before checkout, which was really disappointing.

It was safe, convenient, and affordable for our budget. The staff were really friendly and always ready to help with whatever we needed. Thanks, guys, for making my stay in Cape Town comfortable and safe. I'll come back again.

I paid for a room with a toilet, but what I got was a box with just a door and no toilet at all. The whole place needs rebuilding.

The room they gave me was filthy, and they didn't bother cleaning it. The place is badly run, and their invoicing setup isn't proper either. I had to wait days for my invoice. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
