The one thing we liked was the ocean and mountain view. The rest of the stay was a really bad experience. The bar fridge in our room didn't work, and the bathroom window kept banging until we asked them to shut it. They then closed it permanently. We'd booked a queen room, but they pushed two single beds together to make it look like a king. The outdoor ashtray still had marijuana buds in it, so it hadn't been cleaned. The cleaning staff clearly don't know what they're doing. We paid R1900 a night, which wasn't worth it, and were still waiting for our refund almost 10 days later. We don't recommend it and will never go back. Sis, your reply says a lot about you and your 2 Star establishment. You couldn't take constructive criticism from a customer without calling them names. That's fine, though your education clearly didn't give you a brain to think. Other reviews here say you're rude and obnoxious, and that's obvious. Good luck. The staff were really friendly, and our rooms were clean, spacious and came with a view of Table Mountain. The location worked for us because we wanted to get to the beach, which was a walk away. In the mornings there wasn't any hot water, and there was no way to take breakfast with us when we had to leave early.

The crew are so friendly, and you can walk to the kitespot in just three minutes. There's room on the property to look after your kite equipment and shower after a session. Hans, the owner, can tell you about the history of kitesurfing, since he was part of it. We hope to come back one day. Amazing Guesthouse.

The new owners were awesome hosts, and I loved and enjoyed my stay. The beach is just across the road, and some rooms have beautiful views of the ocean and Table Mountain. Restaurants and a shopping mall with supermarkets are very close too. I strongly recommend it.
