Pretty welcomed me warmly, showed me around, and was kind, generous, and very efficient. The apartment felt like home, with plenty of space, lovely decor, and all the usual conveniences. Having a washing machine was a nice bonus. From the upper deck, the view of Table Mountain is stunning, and the location is excellent. I had a wonderful stay.

De Waterkant Place is in a lively part of De Waterkant, well placed for getting around the city on foot or by car. The hotel was clean and well maintained, just as described, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and quick to help. I can’t praise the team, the hotel, or the location enough. I’d recommend it to anyone I know coming to Cape Town.

The rooms have everything you need, and restaurants are easy to reach from this central spot. It’s a lovely, clean heritage building that’s been restored beautifully.

Pretty at reception was dedicated to her job and so helpful and informative. The renovated guest house is airy and spacious, full of charm and character, with great facilities. There are classy restaurants and bars in the area, and it felt like good value for money. I had a wonderful couple of days and would definitely come back.
