A Smart Stay Apartments

We had a lovely family stay, and Judy was so helpful and wonderful to deal with. Each unit has privacy, and the place is pet friendly. Our house was fully equipped, with a seating area at the braai, and the pool had loungers where we could relax. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for the warm hospitality, Judy.

The location is lovely, in a quiet area close to the town centre, and there’s a safe place to park the car. For the price, though, I’d suggest a thicker duvet inner for winter and replacing the towel with a hole in it. Some rusks and milk, even long-life, to go with the morning coffee would also be appreciated. That little extra is missing.

The manager was so warm and welcoming, and gave us our privacy while leaving us to our own devices. We had a fabulous stay. If work hadn’t made us leave early, we’d have stayed longer and enjoyed it more. We’ll definitely be back.

The owner was helpful, but the on-site manager needs training. Nobody told me the main gate wouldn’t open during a power cut, so I couldn’t leave until another visitor showed me how to open it manually. The place really needs welcome notes explaining things like that. And the cupboards in my apartment are ridiculously high. You’d need to be at least 6feet tall to reach the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom ones. I’m 5ft 2ins, and in the bathroom mirror cabinet I can only see the top of my head. Hardly a dwarf.
