The rooms were spacious and really beautiful, and the venue has a big pool with lovely views over the mountains and vineyards. We attended a grand, beautiful wedding surrounded by woodland and gorgeous plants. It felt like a dream.

The owner's hospitality helped make our dream wedding happen at this breathtaking venue. My wife and I would happily host more events here in the future, and I'd recommend it again and again.

The owner went out of his way to make our stay memorable and was very accommodating. The rooms are roomy, with big bathrooms, and the setting is stunning for a wedding or photos. The beautiful backdrop runs right into the forest 😍

The place itself is stunning, and the idea is good, but the service we got was completely unprofessional. These are people's hard-earned savings for a special day. Staff, including the estate manager, served themselves food in the kitchen without asking. Hassan seemed laid back and showed no sense of urgency or care, even with older guests there. When I emailed the owner about what happened, he was extremely rude. I would like a partial refund for the terrible service. We hired the venue with its tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery for an event of only 30 people. I had explained what I needed a few days beforehand, but things still weren't laid out when we arrived, and we had to wait for the cutlery and crockery. There wasn't enough of everything we needed. I also had to hire three extra Bain Maries, soup bowls, soup spoons and serving spoons, which I thought should have been included. At 12:15pm, the venue and furniture were still being set out. The rooms weren't clean or ready, and a broom and dustpan had been left there. I asked three or four times for them to be removed. The bathrooms and basins were dirty, there were no toilet bins for tissues, and I had to ask for toilet paper to be refilled. After people performed wudu, the wet floors were left without anyone cleaning them. The equipment was a mess too. The urn kept tripping the lights, so we had to make tea and coffee with kettles. The juice canisters leaked, the Bain Maries wouldn't light with the gel, and our food went cold with no alternative offered. The fridge wasn't plugged in when we arrived, so it was warm and our cool drinks had to go in while it cooled. I had to ask twice for the speaker and microphone to be set up. When I asked for the air con to be turned on because people were getting cold, Hassan left it on the cold setting, and we had to change it ourselves with the remote. None of this seemed to have been tested before the event. Very bad service.
