We paid in advance and supplied every document they required, but still spent two hours on the street in a foreign city, without access to a toilet, waiting for the keys. The company managing the apartment stopped answering messages and calls at 4:30 p.m. and didn't respond again until 7:15 p.m., when an employee finally arrived. That was unacceptable and unprofessional. The apartment itself would have been a good choice if the management company hadn't handled things this way.

Lizette, the owner, and her lovely daughter were both friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, lovely, and close to nearby attractions. The geyser was broken when we arrived, and with the chilly weather, we really could've used a quick hot shower. That was the one thing that put a damper on our holiday, though it was eventually fixed.

The rooms were clean and well kept, and the service was great throughout. Albany Court P4 is in a perfect spot, close to the main places, shops, restaurants and key attractions, so it's easy to get around. The area felt extremely safe the whole time, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for somewhere secure and central.
