I found the area around AAH safe and easy to walk around, with a place to sit, work, or hang out and meet other guests. Uber rides are available around the clock, and Rhodes memorial is walkable if you're up for a hike. It's right across from the University's middle campus, so the setting feels peaceful but still lively. For a stay from a week to a month, I'd definitely recommend it over hotels. The staff helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable. There are compact, comfortable executive rooms, a common kitchen with the basics, and a wash, dry, and iron option. Breakfast is included and has the kind of spread you'd get at hotels.

The food is amazing, and the staff are friendly. Everything is well maintained too. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The bathroom door lock was broken, so it wouldn't stay shut, and the freezer needed defrosting. There was no air conditioning or heat in the room. I had reserved an “Executive Suite,” but the room was tiny and didn't feel executive at all. There were no news channels on the TV either. I went to look at the property a day before check-in, but an employee said there were no rooms available to show. I suspect that was to stop guests from canceling after seeing the room. I will never stay here again.

It’s a nice place, clean and quiet. Even when you’re sharing the kitchen, you hardly run into anyone.
