We only stayed one night at Antrim House, and the staff were fantastic, especially Ben and Marcus. We arrived late after missing our flight while on standby, and Marcus helped us get to our rooms. The bedroom was large, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and the shower was spacious with plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. There was nice coffee in the room too. Since we weren't checking out until later the next day, we could leave our luggage and spend the day at the pool if we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, and I'd gladly return.

Thanks to Miss J and Ben for all their help and for making sure I was comfortable. The staff gave great service, and the rooms were great too. The location is stunning. I had a great stay and can't wait to come back soon!

It's been almost a month, and nobody has sorted out a timely refund. The central location didn't make up for the weird vibe on the road the hotel is on. While I was getting dressed, a cockroach greeted me. The rooms had stains all over, and the child-sized sinks had no working drainage. A disaster.

Sipho made us feel welcome straight away and showed us around, and the staff were all so friendly. It was a really peaceful area and we had a great stay. Parking was the one snag, I think we just missed out on getting a spot.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, but the room really let the stay down. The carpet and floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed, paint was peeling, and there were visible mould marks on the bedding cover. In the night I saw small cockroaches on the bathroom floor and one or two on the carpet. The next morning the beds had been made, but the towels hadn't been replaced or put back on the rail. My husband and I stayed Friday to Sunday, 1-3 August 2025, and were very disappointed. The room's cleanliness needs urgent attention. We won't be back.
