There are both rooms and cottages here, with beaches and wine estates nearby. The swimming pool is nice, and they have their own water supply system. Germain couple speak English and Afrikaans. Good restaurants are close by.

It’s peaceful here even though you’re right in the city, and the garden is lovely and well kept. After a day out, there are plenty of places to stretch out by the pool. There’s also a small self-service bar, and if you ask, the owner will make you a drink in the evening. The area gets 5/5 from me, and the guesthouse had everything we needed. The freeway connection is handy too, with the N1 under five minutes away and Cape Town about 20 minutes’ drive. My girlfriend and I visited South Africa and enjoyed both the trip and our stay here. We had one of the smaller, hotel-style rooms. It was comfortable, with a soft bed, strong air conditioning that cooled it quickly, and a little fridge. I’d give the room 4/5. The owners were very kind, and we could ask them for tips about our outings. We liked our stay and will definitely come back.
