The rooms were spacious, tasteful, and very well kept, with comfortable linens and a sense of privacy. The service stood out most: staff were warm, discreet, attentive, and seemed to anticipate what we needed without intruding. Every interaction felt sincere and easy. The setting is a major part of the appeal, with uninterrupted ocean views on one side and dramatic mountains on the other. Waking up to that contrast each morning was breathtaking. The beachfront location, carefully designed pool, and bar made it easy to unwind or enjoy the sunset. The modern, well-equipped gym was thoughtfully placed, and the spa felt peaceful and professionally run, on par with leading wellness destinations internationally. From arrival, the hotel balanced elegance with comfort and paid close attention to detail. It feels like a destination of its own. I’d return without hesitation and recommend it to anyone wanting a truly elevated stay.

We never made it to the hotel, so I can’t speak to the rooms or location. I can speak to the service, which gets zero from me. I had to miss our booking and called both the hotel and booking agent two days beforehand. Nobody answered or replied to our messages, despite repeated attempts by both of us. They still threatened to mark my account as a “no show.” More than ten days later, after the booking agent and I had kept trying to reach them, the hotel blocked the agent’s number. I’ve heard the place is nice and has great reviews, but after this treatment of us and the booking agent, I could never recommend it.

For our first trip to Cape Town, this was a great experience. My husband and I loved the hotel, and the front desk staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Room 604 comes highly recommended from us, with views of the ocean, mountains, and golf course. Book a massage or facial too. Bernita gave me a massage, and I really enjoyed it. We’ll stay here again when we return.

Everything was great, especially the staff and room service. They also offer car washes and same-day ironing for free. Thanks to Jayson and the whole O Two Hotel team for making us feel so welcome.
