The quiet, safe Blouberg location was convenient for the beach, restaurants, and main routes, whether visiting for work or leisure. Be My Guest Lodge is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully set up, with spacious, peaceful rooms and clear attention to detail. Jan and his wife were always available, friendly, and glad to help, whether with local tips or personal touches. Their hospitality made us feel more like old friends than guests from the moment we arrived. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. This is a real gem, and we’ll definitely return. Thank you, Jan and your wife, for such a lovely visit. I’d highly recommend the lodge for its warm hospitality and memorable stay.

I stayed just one night, and the location was really convenient for where I needed to be. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and I found a restaurant within walking distance. My room was clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, WiFi, a small fridge, a kettle, and some basic refreshments. I’d happily stay again.

We felt safe and had a wonderful visit. The beach was only a short hop away, and our host went the extra mile for us. We’ll come back, and I highly recommend it.

The location was perfect during our stay from 22 Dec '24 to 2 Jan '25, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. Still, the shower door and outside window were covered in mould, the pool was disappointing with green patches of algae, and the beds with spring mattresses were terrible. The domestic worker worked seven days a week, including public holidays, without relief. That seems so unfair. We hope the new owners fix these issues, but we will never book at a "Be my Guest" again. All the best, Deon and André!

I had a pleasant stay from the time I arrived until I left. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped for what I needed, with a setup that gave me the privacy I wanted. The bed was comfortable too. I’d gladly stay again.
