Blue Mountain Guest House

Even as the cheapest room in the guesthouse, I expected some basic features. The room felt old, with carpets and a box TV, but no DSTV or Wi-Fi.

The place itself looks beautiful, but the way my family and I were treated was horrific. We paid a lot for what was meant to be our home away from home, then were told to leave because of a neighbor. We were asked to keep quiet after ten, but the owners still told us to go the next morning. They would also walk in without warning, so we had no privacy. We were 14 people staying across a few rooms, and I don't understand why a neighbor got to dictate their business. She threatened to call the police. Honestly, I think these people are racist. The service was pathetic and putrid. I had to spend extra money on transport home, which they refused to reimburse. The husband said we'd made noise in broad daylight, so how was I supposed to expect reimbursement?

The rooms were beautifully appointed, and we loved the garden and swimming pool. It's pet friendly too. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms had such generous living space, which was a breath of fresh air. For the price, the standard and quality were impressive, and the service was friendly. I recommend Blue Mountain.
