Boulders Beach House

A fantastic wedding venue, and the penguins were a lovely bonus. 💙

We loved the guest house setup, from the balcony and view to the rooms and kitchen. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, where you can visit our penguin friends. The only small hassle was that the parking garage was a bit difficult to get in and out of. An incredible stay. We’d definitely come back!

We spent four weeks in the penthouse and enjoyed every second. We had everything we needed, and it was even better than we expected. The living room and kitchen were well equipped, with room to work as well as relax. Best of all was the huge balcony, with an amazing view of False Bay and Boulders Beach and its penguins.

The house has a lovely sea view, and from here you can see the penguins on Boulders beach to the left. It’s not right on the rocks, but you don’t have to cross the road to get to the beaches. The main road didn’t bother us. I just wish I’d brought binoculars. We loved the airy, spacious, cozy feel, and it’s an easy walk to the beaches. There’s a swimming pool and a secure garden for kids to play. Our top unit had some stairs, which could be difficult for elderly guests. I think the unit below has no stairs. There are three bedrooms, comfy white linen with electric blankets, plenty of cupboard space, two great showers, and a bath tub. It was nice seeing so many people walking their dogs, jogging, or cycling, including older people. I love Simons Town and would come back for a longer stay.
