The staff were excellent, always smiling, courteous and ready to help. The hotel is also conveniently close to Durbanville Shopping Centre and Tygervalley Mall. My room was spacious and beautifully presented, with a large, comfortable bed, very clean linen and a stunning bathroom. My only small disappointment was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV.

Our room opened onto the garden and was gorgeous. The setting and location were perfect, and the facilities were top notch. There were lots of thoughtful extras, from toiletries and milk in the fridge to turndown service with little choccies and towels for the pool. The whole place felt secure, clean, light and spacious, and the staff and owners couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. What a gem. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back.

We had a really pleasant stay at Cape Pillars. The rooms were clean and the snack bar was stocked. Staff were friendly, accommodating and happy to help. They listened to what we asked for and followed through. We’ll definitely go back.

Pillars is in a secure garden with a pool, close to shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. This was my second stay, and it won’t be my last.
