The staff were so friendly and attentive, especially the bar team who made amazing cocktails. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were perfect. Breakfast was lovely, too, and service was quick. We had a fantastic stay at Cloud 9 hotel, with no complaints, and would definitely come back. We couldn't recommend it more.

The location was the best part of our week here during our Cape Town holiday. It's on one of the safest roads in the area, with lots of restaurants and bars just below or across the road. You can drive to the v&a waterfront in 10 minutes, or walk to bree street or kloof street in minutes during the day. Other nearby areas don't feel nearly as safe or pleasant to walk around. Breakfast was delicious. The amenities are fine, if a bit dated. There are two small pools and a jacuzzi for a fun break, and towels are provided. The rooftop bar is fabulous, with a great view of Table top and signal hill. We were the only two people up there at night in February!

Our first time in SA / CapeTown, and we were very happy with our hotel choice. The location was great, and the staff were friendly. It was just right for the four of us. We know the hotel is addressing the slippery floor in our room and will look into the showers. We'd recommend it without a doubt.

The team made our stay at Cloud 9 Boutique Hotel really special with attentive service throughout. Room No. 55 felt a little cramped for two, so after a quick, friendly chat with the manager, we were offered the much bigger Room No. 42 right away, with no hassle. It was a very customer-friendly response. Breakfast was freshly made à la carte and tasted excellent. The staff also asked about our plans for the day and gave each guest personal suggestions for routes, activities and sights. That level of attention stood out. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. It's charming, with several connected buildings that give it a slightly labyrinthine but very unique, cozy feel. We'd happily return and recommend it for a great stay.

We had pedicures this morning at Cloud 9 Spa, and the whole experience felt magical. The atmosphere was serene and luxurious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Charlene and Christobelle deserve a special shout-out for their care and professionalism. We'll most definitely be back! 🌿✨💖
