I lived in Colosseum Apt 603# in 2021. The apartment block was always clean, and the location was perfect, but there was constant noise from construction in and around the building. Inside the apartment, there were several problems: a cockroach infestation, carpeting that collected a lot of dust, and a small room. The young security guys and the tall coloured caretaker were really helpful and proactive. Sorry, I’ve forgotten their names. Despite the issues, the apartment works well for young professionals working from home, since there’s little to no noise from the traffic outside.
