The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were really comfortable. In Room 5, a mirror and some bathroom hooks for face cloths would be useful. The carpet needs a thorough clean and vacuum. Aside from those things, everything was superb.
I was really disappointed. The facilities and service weren't what I expected for the price, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The taps didn't work properly and the water came out brown. Many things were broken, and the shower stayed warm for only about a minute before turning freezing cold. It was very bad.
The owners and staff were very friendly, and it felt like a welcoming, peaceful home. There's an OK Mini supermarket nearby that stays open until 8 pm every day. The place is in Bosbel, but getting wherever you need to go doesn't take long.
I've stayed here twice now and would recommend it anytime. The place was clean and tidy, and good value for money. Thembekwa is friendly, accommodating, and very efficient. She seems to take care of everything. ❤️
It's set up well for families, but the noise rules feel excessive. When two or more people are together, they need to talk, yet you can't even laugh without worrying that the next-door neighbour will hear and report you.
