It’s in a convenient location, with great security and secure parking.

The apartments are cool and the views are lovely. I recently visited a Supplier and had a great experience. One issue, though: not all residents wear masks when they’re out and about. I met a couple in the Elevator who weren’t following the mask rules.

I’ve lived here for over 20 years, and it’s one of the most desirable apartment blocks on the Atlantic seaboard. There’s a real sense of care and community, and residents’ and tenants’ safety is a top priority. The block is well managed and looked after, allows pets and short-term letting, and is close to all the amenities Green Point and the city of Cape Town have to offer.

I stayed in an Airbnb apartment here and found it handy for pretty much everything. Restaurants are within walking distance, clubs and entertainment are a quick Uber ride away, and you can walk to the V&A Waterfront too. There are lots of things to do within 5km. It’s a good fit if you want a city feel without staying right beside a club.
