The balcony and mountain views were a real highlight, and the room felt spacious and luxurious. I noticed the worn finishing mentioned by other guests, but it was minor and didn’t take away from the quality. The location is hard to beat: V&A is an easy walk, and the area felt very safe. We also loved the pool views of Table Mountain and the massages at the spa, though we wished we’d booked more treatments. Breakfast was great, and Ashley made a real effort to brighten our mornings. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back on a future trip to CT.

Ashley made breakfast a highlight each morning. He looked after us so well, and we really appreciated his kindness and conversation. We stayed four nights in the Dock House, where the high ceilings, fireplace and lovely luxurious bathroom made our room beautiful. The location was convenient too, with dinner spots and the waterfront shops within walking distance. Thank you, Ashley, for making the stay so memorable.

The massages were our favorite part of the three nights we spent there. My aunt and I both thought Abigail and Rose gave us the best massages we’d ever had. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast in the morning was delightful. The location had plenty to offer, and our room was just right. Every part of the visit was wonderful.

Most of the staff we met were incredible, and the location is excellent. The rooms are nice, but the worn marks, dents and stains don’t feel up to five-star quality. We also had a leaky shower, drawers that wouldn’t shut properly and a broken window lock, which was particularly concerning. The pool could use some TLC as well. We still had a pleasant stay, but the rooms and pool area need better upkeep.
