Mimi made the place feel like home, with a warm reception and regular check-ins to see that everything was okay. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, with Smart TVs. The bathrooms had hygiene sprays and plenty of good-quality toilet paper. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and there’s a lounge and kitchen where guests can cook whatever they like. The electric fence and cameras around the house also made me feel secure. I highly recommend Elmed.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Mimi is friendly and easy to reach whenever you need help, and the area felt safe with shops nearby in case you’ve forgotten anything. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. I’d definitely recommend ELMED guest house to friends and family. Keep up the great work, Mimi.

Really poor administration. We called and booked on Monday for the coming weekend, then arrived Friday to find there was no booking and no room available.

Privacy is respected, which matters most to me. Mimmi and the staff were welcoming and professional, and the place was neat and clean. My room had a bath and shower plus plenty of storage for clothes. There was free WiFi and a smart TV for Netflix and DSTv.

I was in Cape Town for a seven-day business trip, and Elmed worked really well for professionals, with a location very close to century city. Check-in and checkout were easy, and everyone was extremely friendly. My deluxe room had everything I could need. I'll definitely stay there again.
