I’m really angry and don’t recommend this guest house. We urgently needed a room for an hour yesterday, but the guy insisted we pay R600 for a full night even after we explained we weren’t staying overnight. We paid the full-night fee under pressure and left afterward. When I called to ask for a manager, it seemed like they were defending him, probably because they’d already got our money. They’re scammers.

The room looked beautiful, but it was extremely dirty, with hair everywhere, as if nobody had cleaned after the previous guest. That’s the main problem. Also, they don’t pay for DStv, so they should at least connect the TVs to Wi-Fi. That’s why I’m giving two stars.

The bathroom doors are a safety hazard, and the two-storey toilet seat traumatized me. The cleaning needs work too. Changing the linen isn’t enough, the showers need proper scrubbing. Cleaning and maintenance team, please step it up.

This place is a dump, dirty and unsanitary. The staff are rude and unprofessional.

Customer service was very poor. We waited outside for almost 20 minutes after entering the gate, and it nearly hit the car. While we were looking at the rooms, the guy was rude and asked whether we were going to pay or not. His attitude was awful.
