Our stay was cancelled one day before we were due to leave for our holiday, even though we'd booked over a month earlier and paid in full on booking.com. We were told the owners had decided to stay there for the weekend. That's unacceptable. Luckily, Seapoint wasn't too busy, so we found another place that was much nicer than Four on C and cheaper. Totalstay didn't tell us it was cheaper. They were going to transfer us and charge the same amount. Totalstay is doing its customers a disservice. There should be rules about when accommodation can be cancelled, and certainly not the day before. Unacceptable behaviour from TOTALSTAY. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I like this place. It has a nice view, is near the beach, and close to the shops.

A very modern apartment, with good security and amenities close by. The beach is nearby too.

I love the building, though it's a pity about some of the people there.

Calling this a “smart” home is a stretch.
