The location is great, but the place was terribly dirty and full of insects. The rates felt overpriced, and dust and scrubs were part of the stay. I left two nights before the booking ended, after staying only one night, and they had promised me a refund. Now they’re ignoring my attempts to work with them on getting it back. Strongly not recommended. Avoid this host.

The place is beautiful, but the service was bad and maintenance very poor. The entry door wouldn’t lock, and the barklar door was difficult to open. There was no dstv, and the iron was badly burned and dirty, so I couldn’t use it. Innocent said he was too busy to deal with complaints. Was there no competent South African person to do the job? I suspect you prefer paying below market value. You need to improve your service.

Everything was so clean and pretty, and I had no complaints about the Smeg appliances, especially the stove and microwave. I personally prefer a flat sheet on the bed, but that’s just my preference. Well done on a great stay!

Plenty of bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and the V&A waterfront is a 15-minute walk away. It’s a great base for seeing Cape Town, with a quick taxi ride to Clifton beach or the Table Mountain cable car.

The apartment has great views and amenities are close by. Check-in was easy, and everything was just as described. When I'm in Cape Town, this will be my home away from home. I'd definitely recommend it.
