The rooms had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable we got a great night's sleep. Breakfast came with hot and cold options, and they were very considerate of my husband's food allergies. Hajo's Lodge and Tours in Milnerton is spotless, and the host was lovely. We had the chance to stay there and were blown away. We'd definitely recommend it 👌

We were there for a little over two weeks in December 2023, and the days were made easy by how attentive and friendly Hajo and the staff were. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious, cooked to order each morning. The neighborhood felt safe and was walkable in daylight. Paddocks mall is right nearby, with a grocery store and places to eat. Getting into Cape Town proper took about 20-40 minutes by Uber, usually around 150-250 Rand. We also joined Hajo's township tour. It was thought provoking, with visits to homes of friends Hajo has made through 20 years of living and working with the townships. Lunch at Maria's was the highlight. We had an amazing time.

Breakfast was a real treat, with plenty of choices, and the rooms were very clean. There's also an honesty fridge stocked with wine, beer, soft drinks and more. Hajo and his staff were wonderful and did everything they could for us. The lodge is lovely and spacious, and they welcomed us warmly as if we were family during our five-week stay in November and December 2022. It's in an upmarket residential area, with Cape Town and Blouberg within reach. The mall in Milnerton is less than five minutes away. We left with new friends and hope to come back.

The private half-day township tour with Hajo made it easy to connect with local people, and it was a really unique experience. Lunch at Maria's place was another highlight. She's a charming, lovely South African mama. Thanks to Hajo and Maria for such a memorable day. We had a great time and will definitely return. All the best, Dennis & Tiziana

It's a little farther out from the city, which makes for a quiet, safe setting. There's a mall just a three-minute walk away with everything you need. Hajo and the staff were great and very accommodating, always attentive and proactive about schedules and plans. The rooms were nice and clean. An inverter would be useful during load shedding. To be fair, we were experiencing it unusually often, so it stood out more than it normally might.
