Kaya La Provence

The garden and pool were such a lovely place to relax, and the whole setting felt peaceful, like a little escape. Neil’s place was spotless and had everything we needed, with comfortable, thoughtfully equipped accommodation and beautifully cared-for gardens. Neil was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. We only stayed one night and wished we’d booked a few more days. We loved it and would happily come back.

We stayed in both "The Studio" and "The Cottage," and each one felt like a home away from home. The beds and couches were comfortable, the hot showers were great, and both spaces were clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully put together. We really appreciated the lovely smelling hand and body soap and lotion, too. Outside was calm and inviting, a nice place to unwind after a long day or sit in the morning. Neil and Nicky were the best part for us. They were thoughtful and quick to respond when we booked, and it was clear they’d gone out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. Kaya La Provence has our hearts. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

It’s easy to get around from Kaya la Provence. Cafes and shops are only a three minute walk away, the neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe, and finding the place was straightforward. We used Uber often and never had to wait, and it costs much less in SA than elsewhere in the world. The cottage itself was lovely, very clean, and had all the comforts and amenities we needed for a great night’s sleep. It felt like a cared-for home rather than a holiday unit, with its own patio and relaxing chairs. Neil and Nicky were welcoming, available right away whenever needed, and still discreet. Parking in the secure covered garage was easy. We’re already planning to come back.

The cottage was comfortable and really clean, with good quality bedding and towels. Neil was welcoming and offered useful recommendations for the area. It’s well placed for visiting the Southern Suburbs, and the property has safe, secure parking and impressive security.
