A great place to stay in CT, with amazing views.

It's a quiet block with a nice vibe and friendly neighbours, while still being very conveniently located. The views are incredible, and the place is well maintained. Staff respond quickly when something comes up. It's also great being so close to the water and right by a park, tennis club, and golf course.

I visited a few weeks ago and was impressed by how well the block is kept and maintained. It also consistently has security, which is great to see. My friend lived there a while back and gave me a good sense of the quality of living. The apartments are very nice, and I'd recommend living there.

I viewed an apartment because I was considering moving in. The rooms and furniture looked stunning, with modern finishes and awesome views, though the apartments are small and have only a half-meter balcony. The pool was clean. The chill room, though, looked like the cafeteria at my old technikon, untidy with tables and chairs scattered around. The security guard was friendly, but kept trying to touch my baby. He wore a mask and made sure we sanitized our hands, so he must have heard of coronavirus. What put me off most was the unsafe surrounding area. It's a really nice apartment block in the wrong place, and that was my main reason for not moving there.
