The hosts are so welcoming, and the Waterkant neighbourhood feels lovely and safe. There are a few good bars and restaurants around, without things getting too loud or crowded. Our apartment had everything we could wish for, including a splendid shower. Rooms 3 and 4 also have a large balcony with a view.

The hosts speak English and French and were incredibly welcoming and ready to help. During my 3-week stay, I felt very comfortable, almost at home. Man And Tree House is in the lively, historic De Waterkant district, with picturesque streets and plenty of great restaurants nearby. It’s a central base for exploring Cape Town, and the free Wi-Fi and 24/7 security in the area are big pluses. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean and very comfortable, with a balcony and pantry. Stephan, Andre, and their staff were superb hosts. Restaurants, bars, and shops are all close by in the wonderful Waterkant neighbourhood. Don’t hesitate, book here :-)
