Medindi Manor

The hotel has a charming colonial style, though it's a little way outside the Cape Town City Bowl.

What made our night at Medindi Manor so memorable was the staff's exceptional hospitality. They went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The guesthouse is in a peaceful spot, with local attractions and amenities still easy to reach. It's a charming place, with cozy rooms, tasteful decor, and a homely feel. The bed was comfortable, and everything throughout the guesthouse was impeccably clean. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious, with options to suit different dietary preferences. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived, and the stay exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful visit to Cape Town. We can't wait to return.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I liked the antiques in the room decor, and the garden was lovely. The neighbourhood felt safe, and the surroundings were clean and quiet. Breakfast was standard. A small fridge in the room would be useful, especially in summer.

We spent almost a week here and I can't think of anything bad to say. The main building is attractive and very typical, and the staff were lovely. Most of the Chambers have direct garden access, where you can watch birds, sunbathe, or take a dip in the pool. Breakfast was awesome, especially the Full English Breakfast. It was so filling we didn't need lunch. The location between the airport and downtown Cape Town was really useful, and room service was great too.
