Seems to be a mix of holiday rentals and regular homes. The complex has a shared pool and clubhouse, and it's close to Blouberg Beach, which makes the location handy. A decent place.

The views from the upper floors are amazing, with the mountain and beach in sight. It’s a great place to stay, and the beach turned out to be much closer than I expected.
