The staff gave me a warm welcome and were very helpful. My first room was spacious, with a kettle and beautiful mountain views. I also stayed in another room with breathtaking ocean views. Breakfast was great, with incredible views over the water, and the pool was very nice. There's allocated parking for hotel guests, but only one car per room. Some things in my first room needed maintenance: the ceiling fan rattled and didn't work properly, so I had to turn it off and keep the window closed, which made the room very hot. The technicians repaired it, and it worked properly afterward. Some bathroom lights weren't working. The second room overlooking the ocean was perfect. I didn't like having to change the Wi-Fi password all the time. Each day I needed a voucher number, and only a limited number of devices could connect. Still, it was better than nothing, and if you're touring around Cape Town, you don't need much Wi-Fi at the hotel.
