We spent a couple of days at Ocean View Holiday Apartments for our honeymoon, and we had such a lovely stay. Adam and Marcia were great hosts. They suggested the local Penguin sanctuary and some excellent restaurants, and told us to visit Franschhoek, where we had the best time. We can’t wait to come back to Ocean View. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could have wanted, including a fully fitted kitchen. The coffee machine was a lovely extra. There’s also a swimming pool for cooling off. I couldn’t get enough of the breathtaking beach and surrounding views from the large patio. It was a really special place to spend our honeymoon.

The two bedroom apartment was special, very comfortable, and well equipped with all the mod cons. We had our own patio and pool, and every room looked out over False Bay and the harbour with unobstructed views. The views across False Bay to Table Mountain and the beautiful Hottentot mountain range were biblical. We saw dolphins and seals in the bay almost every day. We felt very safe, the security was very good, and having our own garage was convenient. At night we slept with the bedroom sliding doors open to the sound of the sea. Gorgeous, and we can’t wait to return.

It was just what the doctor ordered. The peaceful area, fresh air, and sunshine made for a lovely stay, and the apartment views were awesome. The location was excellent, the facilities were spot on, and the owner was a great, accommodating host who took care of our needs.

Adam was a great host, and the apartment was tidy and had everything we needed. The view is one of the best in the Western Cape. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

A lovely spot for time with the people you care about, especially if you want to get away for a while. It was clean, had all the essentials plus a little extra, and the views were perfect. Great value, too.
