Pop and his parents were my banking clients at Nedbank for many years, when I worked as a banker. The building is well maintained from the outside, and you get a full view of the ocean. It's centrally located near all kinds of amenities, including shopping centres and restaurants.

We stayed in 203 for two weeks and found everything clean and comfortable. The internet was reliable enough to stream DSTV on our own device, though the TV itself only had a few basic channels. Keenan and Maryna were great hosts and even arranged a gas heater for us. We'd stay here again on our next holiday.

Good value for money and an excellent place to stay. One suggestion for the body corporation: the braai facilities could be improved, since they don't always feel up to standard when you want to enjoy a braai.

Our week at the Penthouse in January 2023 was pure luxury, with everything we needed right there on the Beach. The stay exceeded all our expectations, and we can't wait to come back. Thanks to the management of Pip's Place for making our family holiday so exceptional. The Smith Family!

The apartment was top notch, with a beautiful view, secure parking, WiFi and movie channels. The reception ladies were first class and made us feel at home. It was a wonderful stay, and I'd recommend Pips place to anyone wanting affordable accommodation with a touch of luxury.
