We chose Protea Point for our wedding weekend, and it went far beyond what we expected. The owners made it feel warm and paid such lovely attention to the details, including spoiling us for the occasion. The mountain and ocean views are stunning, and the service and accommodation were amazing. We’re already planning to celebrate our anniversary there every year. If you’re in Simons Town, do yourself a favour and book this gem. You won’t want to miss it :)

We only got to stay one night and really wished it could’ve been longer. The rooms are lovely, breakfast the next morning was wonderful, and we were welcomed with a drink. We spent our wedding weekend at Protea Point and had a stay that surpassed our expectations. The owners were warm and attentive to all the little details, and spoiled us along the way. The location in Simon's town is ideal, with beautiful mountain and ocean views. We could even see a waterfall from our balcony. We’ll definitely come back for our anniversary.

The coast looked gorgeous from the balcony, and the room was lovely. We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly hosts, and breakfast was delicious. It’s a brilliant place to stay, and we’d love to return.

There’s plenty to explore nearby, from waterfall hikes to spending time with penguins. Protea Point B&B has modern rooms with breathtaking views and a fantastic location. Liam was a wonderful host. It’s an amazing place to visit, and I can’t recommend it enough.
