The pool is beautiful, and the hotel feels safe and relaxing at any time. Honestly, it’s like being at home. I’d put Pullman Hotel at number one for me in Cape Town, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting who wants comfort, professional service, and outstanding hospitality. What made my stay unforgettable was the care from the team, especially Kelly. Her kindness and thoughtful suggestions for places to visit in Cape Town were amazing, and she went out of her way to help me get the best out of the city. Everyone was warm, helpful, professional, and ready to assist with a genuine smile. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and extremely comfortable, with tasteful details that make them feel both luxurious and welcoming. The attention I received was beyond what I expected, even before I arrived. The team was responsive and truly committed to making the stay special.

Kelly was the highlight of our trip. She was kind, attentive, and supportive, and went above and beyond to help us. The service from the whole team was outstanding, with staff who were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. At Pullman Cape Town City Centre, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The cleanliness and safety helped us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. It was a lovely part of our time in Cape Town, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was a highlight, with an impressive selection that was fresh and nicely presented. It felt indulgent without being too much. The hotel also balances a businesslike feel with relaxed comfort, and its central location makes it easy to explore the city, whether you’re there for work or leisure. My room had a stylish, modern design, was spotless, and felt incredibly comfortable. The bed was luxurious, and the thoughtful details made the space practical as well as attractive. Cape Town’s views were an added treat in the early morning light. From check-in onward, the service was warm, smooth, and professional. Everyone I dealt with was attentive, friendly, and keen to help. My weekend at Pullman Cape Town City Centre exceeded expectations and was seamless and memorable. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service in Cape Town.

Free parking was a real plus, and we always found a space. The hotel is close to everything, very well located, and has a breathtaking view of Table Mountain. Our room was clean and spacious, breakfast had everything we needed and was more than good, and everything else was perfect. We had a lovely stay in a wonderful country, thanks to the kind staff. LEBO welcomed us so warmly, and we especially appreciated Alex, whom we kept seeing by the elevators. His warmth and kindness are rare. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference. Pullman Cape Town is a beautiful hotel, with excellent amenities and a relaxing atmosphere.
