Roman Rock Studios

Studio 1 was cozy and tidy, and we liked having little cafés nearby, so self-catering worked well for us. The view was spectacular, though the weather was rather confusing. It’s close enough to amenities but far enough from town to feel like a break from the bustle. A lovely place for a quick weekend away as a couple.

We loved the big balcony and the sweeping coastal view, especially the sunrise from bed. The locked street parking garage made the place feel very safe. Hope we get to come back.

Our apartment had everything we needed, plus a really great terrace. The kitchen was small, and the stove was old and slow. A few terrace tiles were loose, but it was still a nice place to stay. Roman Rock Studios is a little outside Simon's town, which meant it was quiet and there were plenty of parking spaces right in front of the apartment.

A comfortable holiday stay with the amenities we needed, and it’s well placed for scenic spots like Boulder Beach, Naval museum, Cape Point, Toy Museum, Kalkies, and Millers Point. The only issue for us was the stairs, which could be difficult if you have trouble managing them. Otherwise, very nice.
