I booked for myself and four clients in January 2025, and we had a great time. The staff were incredible and the breakfast was great.

The pool, outdoor sitting area, gym, and bar are all lovely, but what really made this guesthouse for me was how welcoming and helpful the staff were. Steven was an absolute gem. The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, and the whole place felt so peaceful and tranquil. On work trips I usually just want to get home, but here I wished I could stay longer. I'll probably book extra nights next time. Can't wait to be back.

We arrived late and feeling miserable, but the warm welcome and lovely accommodation completely changed things. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the house itself is a beautiful, well maintained grand old lady. I made a last minute booking while the City was fixing a prolonged power outage in my area. I'd love to return under better circumstances.

Steven, the manager, is a very friendly man with a gentle manner. The house is in a fairly old part of Cape town and has been beautifully renovated in recent years. It's well worth booking if you want to stay near the City, Waterfront, and other spots while visiting Cape Town.

We had a very nice stay. Check in was easy, and the staff were welcoming. Everything was neat and clean, the pool was lovely, and breakfast tasted great.
