Rothesay House

It was the people we were with that kept the weekend from becoming a complete nightmare. We came as a group hoping to have a good time, but I didn't enjoy the experience at all. The house itself wasn't bad, though several things hadn't been disclosed when we booked, including that the host would be on the property. Whenever we played a game or even sat outside, the host would message us that we were noisy. We were making what seemed like a normal amount of noise, and the two babies in our group slept right through it. The host handled the whole situation extremely unprofessionally. We were told the area was mostly guest houses, but at 8 in the evening we were asked to turn off music that wasn't loud. We went the rest of the weekend without music, yet were also told that talking was the same as playing music. It was a horrendous experience.
